1. The PARTICIPANT agrees to confine her presentation under the "Women & Business Program" Delegate, following the rules and regulations set by the organization. 2. All applicants will be subject to a review of their information. 3. The participant agrees to abide by all regulations and rules adopted by the organization in the best interest of the event, and agrees that the organization shall have the final decision in adopting any rule or regulation deemed necessary, prio, during and after the event. 4. If Management should be prevented from holding the event by reason of any cause beyond its control such as, but not limited to, buildings, riots, labor disputes, acts of government, terrorism, or acts of God, the organization has the right to cancel the event with no further liability to the participant. In no event, shall the organization or its suppliers, facility, or subcontractors have liability for damages, expenses, costs, liability of losses arising out of in connection with this agreement whether similar to or dissimilar from the causes enumerated herein. 5. I understand that travel tickets, accomodation hotel and personal expenses are not included. 6. The organization is subsidizing 50% of the registration fee, the participant will pay USD250 to secure her spot and to access all the benefits offered by the "Women and Business Program". 7.  I am aware of the Refund Policy stated at www.pacifictradeshow.com 8. The participant grants the organization the rights to use its logo, name and other propietary material to promote the conference, on, but not limited to, the website, social media, newsletter, and various advertising channels. I am the authorized representative and agree to the above terms and conditions.

I have completed the Participant Application and I have read, understood and agreed to abide by all parts TERMS & CONDITIONS, and acknowledge that any violation of any part may result in immediate expulsion with no refund of fees. I hereby testify that I am authorized to promote all products/services offered and their country of origin. In consideration of acceptance of this application, I hereby, for myself, waive, release and forever discharge any and all claims with rights for damages which may hereafter accrue to me against The Pacific Trade Show, their respective management, representatives and/or assigns, for any and all damages and liabilities which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my said association with, or entry and/or arising out of my traveling to, participating in, and return from The Pacific Trade Show.
